Early last week I had a fan running all night because it was too warm, then for the second part of the week the furnace ran & DH closed all the storm windows again. I vote for 75 degrees & a gentle breeze.<br /><br />Do you have a baking stone that will fit your camper oven? I read quite a few full-time RVer blogs and quite a few recommend putting one in the bottom of your oven to help it bake evenly.
