12 Swoon blocks completed!
Swoon |
Goals for the week---
- Sew more Arrowhead blocks together--it would be REALLY NICE to get these into a completed top
- Finish quilting BQ2
- Start borders for blue/white Jacob's ladder
- Load another quilt
- Get Plaid 4 Patch back on design wall
Okay--more than I can do in a week--but I will have plenty of choices.
What do you have planned for your week?

I really like your swoon blocks. Very cool layout. I had to look twice...the lighter ones almost look like an alternate block.
Your to do list is impressive.
I agree with Cheryl - your Swoon blocks are wonderful. I need to add this block pattern to my list of things to make.
Yea for getting all those blocks made! They look great. Have fun quilting this week.
Very pretty blocks. Have you counted how many pieces in ea. one?
Love your swoon blocks, how many are you making? I'm making mine 4x4 - and only half way there.
Great job on the Swoon blocks! My friend Emilee and I are going to Swoon together Friday night and try to get some made.
Is it my imagination, or are you on a quilting frenzy/roll? Or... maybe it's spring? 8-)))
Don't those blocks look good!!!
I have only made one so far and it taught me a lesson - do not use a print as a back ground, these blks need to have a neutral background so the 'flower' pieces can shine and not blend in like in my blk..... but it's butterflys in lilac bushes, so it's okay for them to blend..... uh, but not what I was looking for - I wanted them to shine, not dissappear!!! I have already decided to use it as part of the backing so it's okay!!
And I will make these again - it was fun to make such a big blk!!
Yours are wounderful!! and they will be so much fun when all done in the quilt!
Love your swoon quilt,I just ordered that pattern.

Love those Swoon blocks! I love how each one looks so different...I must make some more!
Love your Swoon blocks. It's amazzing how different they look depending on the fabrics used. This is going to make one lovely quilt.
